At the end of a dead end, the house enjoys a beautiful tranquility and a privileged location, 5 minutes drive from the city center of Saint Pierre. It is bordered by a preserved natural area, next to an old sugar factory (disused) classified historical monuments ..... Its 4 bedrooms are all air conditioned.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with a beautiful balcony and a children's room with 2 pull-out beds in rattan. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a bath screen and a shower column and a separate toilet.
